By integrating with the IM App, volunteers can complete clock-ins, manage supply receipt and dispatch, handle case pickups, and conduct monthly inventory checks directly within the app. These functions are seamlessly connected to the system backend for convenience and efficiency.
Use Case
Lelin Food Bank
The LINE instant messaging platform is no longer just for chatting or stickers. In collaboration with ITRI, Changhua County’s Lelin Food Bank has developed an inventory management system integrated with the LINE app for online supply dispatching needs. Donors can track the flow of donated supplies, administrators can monitor the current storage status, and volunteers can immediately distribute urgently needed items on-site. This milestone enables NPOs and public sectors to more efficiently care for disadvantaged groups in rural areas.
